I wanted to know if your business name is incorporated does it still mean that you need to have that trademark protection asap!
Good information…
So it’s ok to have the same name. You just got to add more names to be different. What if my name was soulja girl.LOL.
can some one help me.
soulja boy had to register as soulja boy tell em instead of just soulja boy as a result of that suit…
Great Info.. hope you can answer this: I want to trademark 2 words for my product but these 2 words is part of a trademark that has 4 words. I.E.: trademark 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 and my potential trademark would be 1 – 4.
Can I still trademark 1 -4?
In case you need to know, they would be falling in the same category: Hair Care Products…. Thanks!
you can get it for $200
thank you for posting this! I looked around on the US Trademark site and got completely lost. Where should someone start when registering your trade/stage name?
Whats up Richard,
I need a entertainment lawyer from Kansas City. I have been looking, do you know anybody? I need detailed Artist, Producer, Release contract to cover my entertainment labels.
I can’t really comment without knowing all of the details, but if she has a registered trademark then she is presumed to be the exclusive owner.
so. i just was emailed by a woman who claims to have a certain trade mark name. I did a search no luck. She claims my film title (indie and small) could infringe on her name? what do you think?
MY HERO!!!!!
Its great that people its willing to help out…
great info, cheers
