Dan has dedicated his practice to employment law, business and civil litigation, and trial work.  As lead attorney, he has secured millions of dollars in awards on behalf of clients harmed at the hands of their Employers as well as individual and business-clients harmed by breaches of contract and other business-related misconduct.  On the defense side, Dan has successfully protected his clients from millions of dollars in liabilities through defense-judgments and verdicts.  On a nationwide and international basis, Dan regularly represents executives and other business professionals, physicians and medical professionals, police officers and other public servants, and business entities.  In addition to hundreds of favorable settlements for his clients, he has taken 19 matters through trial, winning all but two.

Dan focuses his practice on Employment Law, Breach of Contract Matters, general Business Litigation, Collections, and counseling and litigation related to Severance Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements, and Non-Solicitation Agreements.  His practice involves representing individuals and businesses throughout the United States and internationally.  Dan is a past Chair of the Delaware Bar’s Employment and Labor Section.
