Carmine D’Ellena opened his legal practice in 1974 as a general practitioner.  He began focusing on real estate transactions in 1990 as an exclusive closing attorney for Fleet Bank.  As the industry evolved, our office developed relationships with hundreds of lenders and other real estate professionals to create a team approach to completing closing transactions.  Melissa D’Ellena joined the practice in 2004 and began focusing on education of clients and real estate professionals.   Our dedicated staff and attorneys alike treat all of our clients’ like family.
